Refugee Services Programs (RSP) provide transitional assistance to help refugees become economically self-sufficient and to assist them in becoming integrated members of their communities. Services include:

Community Led Solutions: Culturally Competent Mental Health Care. The Montagnard Association and its community partners designed a welcoming Community Wellness Program staffed by language and culturally competent social work, public health professionals, and other human services professionals who are familiar with the impacts of behavioral health, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and the (often overwhelming) co-occurring conditions that affect caregivers, their families, and our communities.

Professionals from the Montagnard community and from its partners from the Bhutanese, Karenni, and (Mundeke Gospel Mission) Swahili-speaking Communities are recognized for their empathy, trustworthiness, and knowledge of kinship households. Our communities traditionally rely upon extended networks of community support, best represented here in their new country through CBOs.

Community service, advocacy, community action, political education involvement, and leadership training in the Montagnard community, including but not limited to:

Voting education.
